CER Students Jump For Healthy Hearts

OSWEGO, NY – The hallways are lined with red paper hearts each with a students’ name proudly written on it to signify the Charles E. Riley Elementary School commitment to keeping hearts healthy.

Healthy hearts

Each year the school participates in the “Jump Rope for Heart” fundraiser.

This year CER students raised $2,805.

Since 2004, Sarah Smolinski, now a sixth grader, has been the top fundraiser for the school.

This year she raised $810.

She is flanked by gym teachers Chris and Robin Scholla.
