OSWEGO, NY – Child Passenger Safety on the school bus is the topic of the free training offered to the public by the Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee on Aug. 17.
The six-hour training will begin at 8 a.m. at the ICP office, now located at 317 W. First St., Suite 111, Stevedore Lofts, Oswego.
If you are interested in pupil transportation, as bus personnel or concerned parent, this course will cover all the safety aspects of child restraint systems on busses and will have hands-on opportunities in a school bus.
For those participants who are CPS Certified, 3 CEUs will be given.
