In what has become an annual tour, students in the program visited the facility’s Continuous Annealing Solution Heat lines, which is a treatment finishing line for aluminum automotive sheet installed to support the production of stronger, lighter and safer vehicles.

The tour was led by Engineering & Maintenance Associate Leader Cliff Pelton, who also provided the students with advice on job interviewing and how to be a better employee.

“We want to thank Cliff Pelton and his crew for providing the students with the opportunity to experience how Novelis handles metal fabrication, but also with tips for how to interview, land the job and become a better employee,” said CiTi’s Business Education Liaison Garrette Weiss.
