College Student Facing Felony Drug Charge

OSWEGO, NY – SUNY Oswego University Police charged a student with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, a Class D felony, Wednesday evening.

Colin R. Sunday, 18, of Pratt Drive in Poughquag and 205 Johnson Hall on campus, is accused of selling Adderall pills to an undercover UP officer for $40 at 7:45 p.m. Wednesday in his room in Johnson Hall.

He is also charged with seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance.

He was arraigned in Oswego Town Court and remanded to the county jail in lieu of bail in the amount of $2,500 cash or $5,000 bond.
