OSWEGO, NY – Ruth Kitney was honored at the June 27 meeting of Oswego County Visually Impaired at Canale’s Restaurant.

She was celebrating her 100th birthday.
She was presented with a special gift of 100 bus tokens from Oswego County Opportunities’ Transportation Services.
Mrs. Kitney is a regular rider of OCO Transportation, frequently using the Call-N-Ride service.
