SYRACUSE – Fair visitors Gail and Christina Cooper are bundled up against the 18-degree temperature inside The Ice Museum at the 2015 NYS Fair on Sept. 3.
The pair is from Oswego.
Today is the last day of the 2015 NYS Fair.
