A Frosty Celebration: Oswego Public Library’s “Imagination Igloo” Brings Community Together for Arctic Fun!

OSWEGO – The Oswego Public Library was transformed into a winter wonderland on February 21st for its exciting Igloo Story Day, which brought people of all ages together for a magical Arctic experience.

Thanks to the generous contributions of local families and community members, hundreds of milk jugs were donated, recycled, and creatively transformed into a spectacular Imagination Igloo. Children gathered to explore the igloo, enjoy wintry tales, and let their imaginations run wild!

Igloo Storytime was a huge success, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the enthusiastic support and participation from our community. Patrons of all ages saved their milk jugs, and Dunkin saved theirs as well to bring our way! A special shout-out to Stewart’s Shops for their incredible donation of 150 milk jugs, which played a key role in making this chilly project a reality.
