Continental Arms Collectors Association’s Revolutionary War Interpretive Unit held its’ annual encampment, Sunday, at Behling’s Orchard. This was an accommodating place for troops from the First New York Regiment, Continental Army to encamp. After all, New York State supplied large quantities of produce for George Washington’s Army during the War for Independence. Joining together in thanks for a successful harvest, from left: Tim Crisafulli, Neal Smith, John Mattison, Susan Wojakowski, Hank Pauly, Eric Behling, Dave Renzi, Gary Slate and George Clark. The Unit’s next event will be the Columbus Day Parade in Syracuse, October 5th.
