OSWEGO COUNTY – The Oswego County Department of Mobility Management announced today that OPT Route 14 will be permanently discontinued effective Wednesday, Oct. 1 to reduce duplicate services. The route currently serves parts of Fulton, Mexico, Pulaski and Sandy Creek.

“We have decided to permanently close OPT Route 14 to help streamline our services and reduce duplication,” said Oswego County Director of Mobility Management Heather Snow. “Residents living in these communities will still be served by other OPT routes and public transit options.

“By focusing resources where they’re most effective, we can continue to provide reliable, efficient and accessible transportation for all riders,” she added.
