Appreciation For Years Of Assistance

FULTON – Rotarian William Rasbeck thanked Fulton City School District Athletic Department Secretary Helen Speck for her 15 years of assistance in the Rotary Club’s Sandy and Sylvia Squires Scholarship program.

Speck, who has been with the district almost 39 years, was presented with a certificate and gift by Fulton Rotary President Jerry Seguin at a recent meeting.
