APW School Nutrition News: MyLunchMoney Now Available

by Submitted article | January 8, 2014 12:19 pm

The Altmar-Parish-Williamstown Central School District School Nutrition Team has teamed up with MyLunchMoney to provide a unique and simplified way for parents to fund and track their child’s/children’s school breakfast and lunch purchases.

MyLunchMoney is a free web-based service that allows parents to:
• Make credit or debit card payments to their child’s breakfast/lunch account.
• Monitor their child’s/children’s meal history.
• Receive automatic low balance notifications.

The new tool has also been integrated with the district’s food management software and cash register system.

Each student’s photograph pops-up on the cash register screen at the time of purchase, providing more security and serving as a fraud deterrent.

Visit www.MyLunchMoney.com for more information or manage your child’s account on-the-go by downloading the MyLunchMoney ‘app’ to your smartphone.

APW School Nutrition Director Bonnie Horning and the School Nutrition Team at APW can be reached at (315) 625-5227.
