FULTON – On June 1, from 4-6 p.m., Randy Floyd Draughn will exhibit his paintings in the Fulton Public Library.

Randy loves to paint. He has created paintings inspired by characters from children’s literature and television: The Simpsons, Sesame Street characters, Joy and Sadness from the film Inside Out, SpongeBob, Winnie the Pooh, and more.
Randy, a regular at Fulton Public Library, has been coming to the library for eight years.
“I like to come to the library because I learn my emotions, look at books, and draw,” he said.
Randy has made great progress working with his ARISE service provider, Shannon Morrell, and has learned to express his emotions through his paintings.
“I feel happy when I’m painting. I donated my paintings to local businesses in Oswego County and Onondaga County. I delivered a total of 136 paintings,“ he said.
Join us at the library to greet the artist and enjoy the paintings.
