Auditions Announced for Players’ ‘Cards’

OSWEGO – Inez Parker, director of the upcoming Oswego Players’ dinner theater production of “Cards on the Table,” has announced that open auditions will be held in the Frances Marion Brown Theater of the Oswego Civic Arts Center on Sept. 11 and 12.

Auditions on Monday will begin at 7 p.m. and on Tuesday following the 7 p.m. open meeting of the Oswego Players.

The mystery play, adapted from the Agatha Christie novel by Leslie Darbon, has roles for seven men and seven women.

Persons coming to the auditions will be asked to read from the script.

“Cards on the Table” is slated for performances at the Church of the Resurrection on Oct. 20 and 21.

The play is being presented by special arrangements with Samuel French, Inc.
