Bailey Retires After 32 Years With County

OSWEGO – The Oswego County Legislature’s Infrastructure and Facilities Committee presented Mark Bailey with a certificate of appreciation for his 32 years of service.
Bailey retired from his position as a highway crew leader with the Oswego County Highway Department.
