Baldwin Celebrates 40 Years Of Service

OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Human Services Committee recently presented Douglas Baldwin with a certificate of appreciation for his 40 years of service.
Baldwin is a case management supervisor at the Oswego County Department of Social Services.
