Barbeau Celebrates 15 Years With Oswego County

OSWEGO – The Oswego County Legislature’s Economic Development and Planning Committee presented Mary Ellen Barbeau with a certificate of appreciation for her 15 years of service.
Barbeau is a tourism and public information liaison with the Oswego County Department of Community Development, Tourism and Planning.
