Barbecue for Books Supports the Library and the Bookmobile

OSWEGO – The Friends of the Oswego Public Library and the Oswego Bookmobile invite you to support their Chicken Barbecue on Saturday, Aug. 24 at Lighthouse Lanes from noon until dinners sell out. Proceeds from this event will benefit the programs of the Friends of the Library and the Oswego Bookmobile. Dinners include a half chicken, salt potatoes, salad, and a dinner role for $15 each. Pre-sale orders must be picked up by 2 p.m. Tickets are now available at the library’s main desk and from any board member of the Friends or the Bookmobile. In addition, there will be an on site 50/50 raffle, raffle baskets, and a baked goods sale.
