Assemblyman Will Barclay recently met with city of Oswego resident Frances Enwright at the Capitol to congratulate her for receiving the 2018 Senior Citizen of the Year Award from the Oswego County Office of the Aging.

She is a dedicated volunteer for organizations like the American Red Cross, St. Luke’s Hospital in Oswego, St. Joseph’s Church, and the Safe Haven Holocaust Refugee Shelter Museum.
On Tuesday she was presented with the award at the Older New Yorkers’ Day celebration organized by the New York State Office for the Aging.
Barclay said Mrs. Enwright’s passion, dedication and service to her community are an asset to the city of Oswego and to everyone she meets.
