Beautifying Fulton

Fulton, NY – Children from Catholic Charities of Oswego County’s CYO and Relatives Raising Relatives programs help beautify Fulton by planting the fresh flowers that were displayed on Catholic Charities’ float that was in the Fulton Memorial Day Parade.
