Beckwith Marks A Decade With Oswego County

OSWEGO – The Oswego County Legislature’s Public Safety Committee presented a certificate of appreciation to Investigator Scott Beckwith for 10 years of service.
Beckwith is a criminal investigator with the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office.
