Bell Recognized By Oswego County

Oswego County – The Oswego County Legislature’s Finance and Personnel Committee recognized Oswego County Human Resources Director Julie Bell for her 15 years of service. Before her appointment as director in 2019, Bell was a human resources administrator. Pictured from left are legislators David M.
