FULTON, NY – Fulton Noon Rotary Club member Kelly Montagna welcomed Melissa Russell, Oswego program coordinator for the program Blessings in a Backpack, as the guest speaker at a recent meeting.

A national program, Blessings in a Backpack provides non-perishable meals in a backpack during weekends for students in Fulton and Oswego who may otherwise miss breakfast or lunch.
The local program serves 250 students in the two districts at a cost of $20,000 annually or $2.10 per child per week.
