Boost Customer Loyalty Through Strategic Social Media

MEXICO – Cornell Cooperative Extension of Oswego County will host an educational program for the agricultural community on how to improve their farm presence on Facebook. Join us at the Oswego County Federal Credit Union’s Community Room on June 21 from 2 to 4 p.m.

Cost for the program is $15.

Attendees should have an existing Facebook account prior to class to take full advantage of this learning opportunity.

Presenting the program will be Lindsay Wilcox from Centermost Marketing, a boutique firm in Central NY with a specialized focus in agriculture.

Farmers will take away fresh ideas such as:
-Gain low- and no-cost strategies that build bonds with customers
-Discover the only two types of social media posts you should make
-Learn how you can stand out in the crowded field that is social media today

Wilcox is the owner and founder of Centermost Marketing, a boutique firm in Central Now York with a specialized focus in agriculture. She has two decades of communications experience, with ten years dedicated to serving farmers and farmers markets in her role as marketing advisor to the Farmers’ Market Federation of New York.

She collaborated on the development and launch of the branding for the statewide EBT/Food Stamp token program.
