Borden Celebrates Retirement On 90th Birthday

OSWEGO, NY – Thelma “T” Borden recently retired from the Oswego County Sheriff’s Department after 28 years of service as a court attendant.
Oswego County Sheriff Reuel A. Todd presented her with a certificate of appreciation for her dedicated service.
Oswego County Supreme Court Justice Hon. Norman W. Seiter Jr. read a letter of recognition from Hon. James C. Tormey III, chief administrative judge of the Fifth Judicial District.
Many past and present co-workers were at hand to wish Borden well on the occasion.
