Both Cayuga CC Campuses to Honor Veterans on Monday, November 10

Cayuga Community College will hold Veterans Day Recognition Events on Monday, November 10, at 11:00 a.m. in the Student Lounge at both the Auburn and Fulton campuses. In Auburn, Cayuga student Stephanie Jones, who served as a sergeant in the Army, will be the featured speaker; members of the campus community will share readings and remarks. In Fulton, Army veteran Kelley Rowley, Ph.D, a member of the English faculty, will be the featured speaker; participants will include a student veteran, a color guard, an honor guard and a Fulton VFW contingent. Refreshments will be served at both events, and Fulton student clubs will raise funds to purchase bricks in the Fulton VFW Memorial Walk.
