OSWEGO – The Oswego County Legislature’s Health and Economic Development and Planning Committees joined forces to recognize Saturday, June 1 as Oswego County Trails Day.

Part of National Trails Day, the occasion is an opportunity to increase awareness about the diversity of outdoor recreation activities available throughout the year and to bolster the preservation of these natural areas.

Celebrate The Great Outdoors

Healthy Miles, a partnership of community agencies, encourages people to come out and celebrate from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Great Bear Springs Recreation Area on County Route 57, south of Fulton.

For event details, contact Virginia Bough at [email protected].
