Central Services Director Celebrates 40 Years With County Government

OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Infrastructure, Facilities and Technology Committee congratulated Central Services Director Richard Hogan for his 40 years of service to county government.
Hogan is responsible for overseeing the county computer systems, phone systems, computer servers and programs.
Committee Chairman Robert Hayes praised Hogan for his many years of hard work and dedication to county government.
