OSWEGO, NY – At Sept. 10”s Sunrise Rotary meeting, Charlie Young discussed the restoration of a guard house found on the lakeshore near Fort Ontario.

Oswego High School technology students, led by Rotarian Warren Shaw, have been restoring the concrete structure for several years.

Young displayed a painting by Frank Craft of the building on a hill near Lake Ontario.
