Child Advocacy Center Honors Frances Lanigan

FULTON, NY – Elizabeth Fadden (l), president of the board of directors for the Child Advocacy Center of Oswego County and Karrie Damm (r), executive director of the CAC, presented retiring board member, Frances Lanigan with an award in recognition of her 17 years of service to the CAC.
A non-profit organization, the CAC works hand-in-hand with local law enforcement, prosecution, child protective services, medical providers, therapy providers, and victim advocacy professionals in Oswego County to protect and serve children that are victims of sexual and physical abuse.
