The Mount Pleasant United Methodist Church recently joined in with other churches to help with the mission of Operation Christmas Child.

The event is to demonstrate God’s love in a tangible way to needy children around the world.
The congregation of the church completed 83 shoe boxes that contained toys, school supplies, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, washcloths, hair brushes and combs, flashlights, hard candy, socks, etc.
Betty Crouch coordinated the program.
