OSWEGO COUNTY – The Cogswell Free Library in Orwell has joined the list of participants offering Screen-Free Week activities for youth during spring break. Screen-Free Week runs from Saturday, April 12 to Sunday, April 20, and encourages children to disconnect from electronic devices and re-connect with others.

Visit the Cogswell Free Library on Thursday, April 17 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. to enjoy free “bunny crafts” with the kids. They can make Easter-themed crafts at the library or pick up to-go craft kits to make at home. For more information, call 315-298-5563. The library is located at 1999 Co. Rte. 2, Orwell.
