College Financial Aid Night Next Monday At OHS

OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego High School will host its annual Financial Aid Information Night for high school seniors planning to attend college, and their parents  on Nov. 29 at 7 p.m. in the high school café.

Kathy Flaherty, an expert with many years of experience working in financial aid at community college as well as state and private four-year colleges, will once again be the guest speaker.

She will present a very informative power point with several helpful handouts and updates.

As a follow-up, Flaherty and colleagues will be returning to the high school Feb. 9 for a hands-on workshop to provide parents and students the opportunity to fill out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid on-line.

Assistance will be available in the OHS Library anytime that day from 5 to 7:30 p.m.
