OSWEGO, NY – SUNY Oswego University Police have charged Ryan Ringwood, 19, of Seneca Hall at SUNY Oswego and 31 Letchworth St. in Auburn with third-degree criminal mischief, a felony.
The arrest stems from an incident at 3:45 a.m. Friday (Nov. 14).
He is accused of kicking out glass in the entrance door to Seneca Hall.
Police said he had lost his student identification card, which serves as a key card.
The college priced the damage at $465.
Ringwood was given an appearance ticket to appear in Oswego Town Court on Dec. 8.
