Cong. Owens Holds Mobile Office Hours in Oswego County

Members of Congressman Bill Owens’ staff will hold meetings with Upstate New Yorkers in Franklin, Oswego, Fulton, and St. Lawrence counties in an ongoing effort to increase constituent outreach. More events are planned throughout New York’s 23rd Congressional district in the coming months.
