County Legislature Presents Certificate Of Appreciation To Sgt. Goodsell

OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Public Safety Committee presented Sgt. Allen Goodsell with a certificate of appreciation for his 35 years of service.
Sgt. Goodsell is a patrol officer with the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office.
