OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Human Services Committee recently presented a proclamation designating May as Older Americans Month.
Since 1955, the Older Americans Act has provided services that help older adults remain healthy and independent.

These programs also support family caregivers and address issues such as exploitation, neglect and abuse.
