County Presents Certificate Of Appreciation To Barry

OSWEGO – The Oswego County Legislature’s Human Services Committee presented Julie Barry with a certificate of appreciation for her 25 years of service.
Barry is a principal social welfare examiner at the Oswego County Department of Social Services.
