County Presents Certificate Of Appreciation To David Turner

OSWEGO – The Oswego County Legislature’s Economic Development and Planning Committee presented David Turner with a certificate of appreciation for his 10 years of service.
Turner is Director of the Oswego County Department of Community Development, Tourism and Planning.
