County Presents Certificate Of Appreciation To Rossi

OSWEGO – The Oswego County Legislature’s Infrastructure, Facilities, and Technology Committee presented Shirley Rossi with a certificate of appreciation for her 25 years of service.
Rossi is a cleaner with the Oswego County Buildings and Grounds Department.
