County Presents Certificate Of Appreciation To Scott Smith

OSWEGO – The Oswego County Legislature’s Economic Development and Planning Committee presented Scott Smith with a certificate of appreciation for his 25 years of service.
Smith is a housing program specialist in the Oswego County Department of Community Development, Tourism and Planning.
