County Proclaims 4-H Month

Oswego County 4-H member Morgan Schulz receives a proclamation designating October as 4-H Month from the County Legislature’s Economic Development and Planning Committee. Schulz has been involved in Oswego County 4-H activities for 10 years. The program reaches more than 11,000 youth in Oswego County.
