County Recognizes Karen Doten

OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Community and Consumer Affairs Committee presented Karen Doten with a certificate of appreciation for her 20 years of service.
Doten is an index clerk in the Oswego County Clerk’s Office.
