County Recognizes Kerfien

OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Government, Courts and Consumer Affairs Committee recently presented Elaine Kerfien a certificate of appreciation for her service to the county.
Kerfien is a motor vehicles clerk with the Department of Motor Vehicles.
