Deputy Masuicca Receives Recognition From Oswego County

OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Public Safety Committee presented Deputy Todd Masuicca with a certificate of appreciation for his 10 years of service.
Masuicca is a patrol officer with the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office.
