Dolbear Celebrates 35 Years Of Service With Oswego County DSS

OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego County Legislature’s Health and Human Services Committee presented Addie Dolbear with a certificate of appreciation for her 35 years of dedicated service to the Department of Social Services.
Dolbear is the director of assistance programs.
