The Altmar-Parish-Williamstown Central School District and the APW Elementary School Parent-Teacher-Student Association, in conjunction with the United Way of Greater Oswego County, is once again gearing up for the Stuff-A-Bus Program.
2014 will mark the 11th year of the annual Stuff-A-Bus school supply drive at APW and is a combined school and community effort to ensure that every student is prepared for school.
The APW Transportation Department is currently accepting like-new backpack and book bag donations for this year’s Stuff-A-Bus program.
Residents and community members are welcome to donate gently used, like-new or new backpacks to the initiative.
Donations will be accepted at the main office of APW Elementary School and APW Junior/Senior High School or at the APW Transportation Department.
The 2014 Stuff-A-Bus distribution is slated to take place in mid- to late-August.
For more information or to make a donation, contact Pat Crowe in the Transportation Department at 625-5241.
