FULTON – At a recent Fulton Sunrise Rotary meeting, Rotary District 7150 Membership Chair, Janet Joslyn presented Donna Kestner, pictured, with a Certificate
for service and dedication to strengthening and growing membership in Rotary District 7150 as the Area 5 Membership Coach.
