Holly Ross, at Dowd's House of Flowers, will be coordinating the donation of centerpieces for ARC of Oswego County's annual Gala fundraiser next week. The Gala, held at Oasis at Thunder Island in Fulton on October 16, raises funds to support services for individuals with disabilities in Oswego County.
