OSWEGO, NY – The Oswego County Legislature recently recognized Dr. Myron Dimon Sr. for his remarkable contributions and tireless commitment to the health and well-being of animals.

For more than 60 years, Dr. Dimon has practiced veterinary medicine here in Oswego County, with a focus on large animals.
He worked with state and local health officials to set up milk stations for inspections, tuberculosis testing on cows, and single-handedly launched the county’s first rabies clinics.
At hand to present the certificate is the legislature’s Health Committee.
