Eagle Scout Cited By Elks Lodge

OSWEGO, NY – Exalted Ruler Jim Oldenburg presented Merritt Czerow with his certificate from the lodge and a check for $100 for receiving the rank of Eagle Scout.
Czerow completed his service project for designing and building 24 bluebirds and tree swallow bird houses at Fallbrook at the State University College at Oswego.
